Client Charter

ASSA Recruitment Ltd will:

  • Provide clear and accurate information about the services we provide including our written terms of business
  • Only provide details of candidates we feel will be of genuine interest to our clients
  • Give a realistic assessment of candidate availability, and cost
  • Only submit candidates for consideration who have been fully briefed about the role in question and have given express permission for us to do so
  • Work to a recruitment procedure agreed by the client
  • Take up references as appropriate for both temporary and permanent employees
  • In the exceptional circumstances when references cannot be taken our client will always be informed, and a valid reason given
  • Where logistically possible carry out a face to face interview with candidates prior to their submission to the client. If this has not been possible the client will always be informed
  • Not approach a candidate placed with a client with regard to another role unless the client in question has given their express permission to do so
  • Treat with confidence any information provided by a client as part of the recruitment process, restricting it to parties directly linked with the recruitment process. Conducting our activities with honesty, integrity and transparency
